8,000 sq ft Cat A boutique fit out to 2 floors including feature staircase and reception space.

This crisp, classic cat A fit out over two levels included new exposed services throughout, full redecoration internally, and refurbishment of the main shared staircase with architectural feature lighting taking influences from the London Underground. The reception area including bespoke joinery alcove seating and feature lighting and stone.

Working closely with SODA Studio architects we created the feature interconnecting staircase which included a steel balustrade design to mirror the neon sign configuration located at the front of the building. A factory visit was made to enable the client and architects to personally select the natural quarry cut stone for the treads and risers to the main stairs. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, we provided mockup treads complete with feature nosing’s and delivered these to the architects and clients’ home for approval.
