Cat A+ fit out across two floors

This project included a full Cat A+ fit-out for an incoming tenant and a market-ready refurbishment of a separate floor.

Works featured modern open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, high-spec WCs, tea points, a refreshed reception, and a fully upgraded terrace.

This was the first project to implement Artus units for climate control, integrated into acoustic ceiling panels for a clean, modern aesthetic.

Working in an occupied building, clear communication was key to maintaining smooth progress.

Collaborating with IDL Architects, our team delivered smart, detailed design solutions, such as concealed riser doors and perfectly aligned finishes.
