VALUE
Confidential
A contemporary office environment has been created across the 29th floor that incorporates the personality of the insurance group’s house of brands. The space includes a mixture of open plan and cellular office accommodation, themed meeting rooms and boardrooms named after popular London street markets with panoramic views of the City skyline. A communal, open plan break out area provides space for staff to interact with an open top bar, kitchen and games area.
A number of construction techniques and high specification packages were incorporated within the fit out to ensure the perfect union between style and function. The result is a modern and sophisticated office environment that not only meets the expectations of its occupants and clientele, but stamps its identity within London’s iconic Walkie-Talkie building at 20 Fenchurch Street.
