The Office Group | Bloomsbury Way

Our team delivered a 35,000 sq ft Cat B fit out of three floors at 10 Bloomsbury Way for The Office Group.

This stunning project included the installation of partitions and glazed screens to form cellular offices of various sizes. Tea point and breakout areas feature on each level as well as a wide range of facilities including phone booths and hot desk areas. The fit out of co-working space included a library and card room as well as a brand new reception area. Meeting rooms were also equipped with AV and video conferencing facilities.

Services work included access control, CCTV and the installation of data services and a central comms room. Modifications were also made to the existing lighting and HVAC to suit the new revised layout.
