We carried out the complete strip out of all internal finishes followed by the Cat A and B fit out of serviced office accommodation across 8 floors. This multi-floor building includes internal office accommodation, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, breakout areas, and a roof terrace. The building also boasts a meditation room, full working gym, and shower facilities with new WC facilities on all levels.

Services installation consisted of new mechanical and electrical infrastructure throughout.  Constructed was a new substation with UKPN at ground floor level with adjacent electrical switch room, new mains switch panel, and new acoustic enclosure condenser farms at roof level to supply the new on floor VRF. New LED lighting was installed throughout with feature lighting to enhance each individual space. New passenger lifts were installed and a DDA platform lift to access the roof deck.
