The Shepherds Building

11,000 sq ft fit out in an occupied building for London’s leading office space provider, Workspace Group.

Our challenge was to segregate three units on two separate floors within the building, into individual self-contained office space each with their own electrical and data system.

We carried out the striping back to shell and core then completed the installation of all new services including lighting, fan coil units and data. We also created a tea point to each unit. Decorations, floor finishes and bespoke glazed fronts completed each space ready for let.
