Our team carried out a 35,000 sq ft strip out and Cat A refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors including general office space and WC cores.

We also provided the shell to retail space on the ground floor. Plasterboard sofits were applied to both floors with FCU’s hung below, hidden by a raft-style ceiling. New raised floors were installed along with the WC’s and completely refurbished to match the other floors.
