The project was split into three areas: reception, basement communal toilets and the stairwell. Works in the existing reception included the removal of a turret to create an open ceiling area, removing all the wall and floor tiling and replacing with new floor tiling, new bespoke wall panelling and a new reception desk with LED lighting.
In the basement, the existing wood flooring was sanded and new decorations were undertaken throughout. The staircase servicing all floors had a new glass balustrade hand railing installed. Toilets were refitted with existing sanitaryware with new back-painted glass, mirrors and lighting.
