Cat B fit out of HQ workspace

The fit out of this new HQ space has provided a contemporary office environment that mirrors Winterflood’s core values. Features include open-plan workspaces, executive pods, and customised and adaptable modular systems from Vitra by Display. We effectively tackled safety issues, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, and adjusted the base-build fire safety plan.

Prioritising sustainability through reuse, occupant wellbeing, and reducing the embodied carbon footprint resulted in the project attaining SKA Gold certification, showcasing its success in sustainable practices.
