Parkeray recently delivered a fit-out at Nineteen Wells Street for Great Portland Estates, transforming the ground and lower ground floors into a premium workspace.

Building on the strong relationships established, this marks another successful Parkeray fit-out at this site.

High-quality finishes and precise joinery interfaces were central to the design, with standout features including a bold helical staircase connecting the two workspaces, bespoke joinery bookcases, and feature glazed Shoreditch partitioning. Managing the complex drainage system requirements, we also installed new tea points and WCs were also installed on the lower ground floor.

Despite the tight programme, limited logistical space and challenges presented with delivering works in an occupied building, close collaboration with the client, our design team, and specialist contractors ensured all elements aligned with the programme requirements resulting in a premium product that meets the client’s vision.
