We’re excited to share the fantastic results of our recent project at 25 Sackville Street, where we’ve created a brand-new office space for American alternative asset management firm GCM Grosvenor. Our team, led by Ryan Wager, partnered with Generation Edge to bring GCM Grosvenor’s vision to life as they relocated to Level 4 within the building.
A Cat A transformation
Over 14 weeks, we transformed a blank canvas into a vibrant and modern workspace. The 5,240 sq ft office now features a range of impressive spaces, including executive offices, meeting rooms, comfortable breakout areas, and an essential comms room. We paid meticulous attention to detail, incorporating bespoke joinery and glazing systems, such as a unique sculpture display cabinet and glazed office fronts that create an open and airy feel.

Overcoming challenges
Given the nature of the building, compliance was paramount. Our team maintained detailed records and worked closely with building control to ensure all construction met the required standards, to enable the Gateway 3 application. We also took great care to minimise disruption to the building’s residential tenants throughout the project.

A fully realised design
Our involvement began early in the design phase, where we provided valuable insights from site surveys and validations. This collaborative approach ensured the final design was fully coordinated and ready for construction. Working closely with Generation Edge and our M&E suppliers, we ensured every aspect of the design was realised to its full potential. Regular communication with GCM Grosvenor’s US-based team guaranteed their power, data, and security infrastructure met their specific requirements.
In short, it was a fantastic collaborative project that resulted in a beautifully designed and highly functional workspace.
Congratulations to all parties involved.
