Our team delivered a 40,000 sq ft Cat A fit out across Levels 2, 7 and 10 of the iconic Blue Fin Building for Oxford Properties – seamlessly stripping back the space ready for our client to call their own!
Elevating key spaces
Our team revitalised the space while showcasing original structural features, including the exposed concrete pillars present on each floor. A standout element of the project was the transformation of the 10th-floor terrace, where new planters and a high-quality resin finish were introduced to enhance the aesthetics and create a more inviting outdoor environment. We also carried out upgrades to the 2nd‑floor WCs, installing new tiles and taps to deliver a refreshed, modern look.

Working in a challenging environment
Managing the project within an occupied building required a sensitive and flexible approach to avoid disrupting meeting schedules and other tenants. Logistical constraints added another layer of complexity as limited access to the floors meant the team had to work within tight parameters and maintain seamless communication to keep progress moving across all three levels.

Collaboration at the core
Despite the challenges of working within occupied floors and navigating tight sequencing, the team successfully delivered a polished, functional and future‑ready CAT A space. This achievement was underpinned by strong collaboration between IDL, Cushman & Wakefield, the Blue Fin Building Management team and all appointed subcontractors. Every party brought professionalism, proactivity and a shared commitment to delivering a high‑quality result, ensuring a smooth process throughout the programme.

Reflecting on the project’s success, Harry Peacock, Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, said:
“I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the quality of your team’s work and the collaborative approach you have brought throughout the project. Parkeray have been an absolute pleasure to work with.”
We’re proud of the teamwork that brought this project to life and look forward to what comes next!
