John Lynskey

Positive, enthusiastic and always willing to help, John is looking forward to building on his labouring background, working as part of a team and supporting others in his role.

Macie Francis

Macie enjoys the variety that fit out offers, where no two days are the same, and is excited to be involved in every stage of a project while developing her skills through our Trainee Scheme.

Mahlika Rai

Interested in seeing a project take shape from the ground up, Mahlika values watching the finished result come to life and is eager to experience that at Parkeray.

Oliver Sheen

As a natural problem solver, Oliver enjoys the variety and challenge that each day brings in project management and is excited to meet and work with new people on our sites.

Tia Baker

Drawing on her experience in project coordination, Tia is keen to keep learning, embrace new challenges and bring resilience and curiosity to her role.

At Parkeray, we’re committed to investing in the future of the construction industry, and we’re proud that trainees now make up more than 20% of our workforce.

As they begin their careers with us, John, Mahlika, Oliver, Macie and Tia will gain valuable hands-on experience, develop industry knowledge and work towards professional qualifications, all while contributing to live projects alongside experienced colleagues.

The Parkeray Trainee Scheme

Our trainee programme has been helping school and college leavers build successful careers in Construction and the Built Environment since 2002, and many of our trainees have gone on to become integral members of the business.
