WELL Platinum for One Station Hill

We’re delighted to share that our One Station Hill project for PwC has achieved WELL Platinum accreditation, adding another significant milestone to a scheme that continues to set the benchmark for workplace sustainability and wellbeing.

Going above and beyond

This achievement reflects the collective commitment of the project team to creating a healthier, more sustainable workplace. From enhanced air quality and occupant-focused lighting to industry-leading active travel facilities, every element was designed with wellbeing in mind.

Key highlights include:

  • Outdoor air provision increased to 14 litres per second, around 40% above CIBSE requirements.
  • Delivery of 194 cycle spaces, 24 showers and 186 lockers, significantly exceeding WELL standards and encouraging active travel.
  • High-quality lighting and enhanced user controls designed to support comfort, wellbeing and productivity.
  • Stringent VOC restrictions implemented to help maintain a healthier indoor environment.

A true team effort

Achieving WELL Platinum required close collaboration across the entire project team, and we’d like to thank everyone involved:
