Parkeray Lite recently delivered a fast-track fit-out at the Edward Hyde Building in Watford on behalf of McGinley Support Services.
This project marks our team’s second scheme within the building, having previously delivered their office space in 2020. This time, we returned to support our client’s relocation from the ground floor to the second floor.
Working directly with the client, our designers, and the furniture and M&E contractors, we developed an efficient new layout for their offices while retaining as much of their existing furniture as possible.

We also liaised with the landlord to manage and complete the licence to alter process. Collaborative working was central to the project’s success, supported by detailed workshops with all stakeholders.
Despite an extremely tight six-week programme, our team coordinated the furniture installation alongside the fit-out works to ensure a seamless delivery, enabling our client to move into their new space in record time.
Well done to all involved and the team led by Ricky Hedges, Leo Asamoah and Gordon Rose.
