Andressa Borges

Solution-focused and highly organised, Andressa brings calm and clarity to each project she works on, enjoying helping teams stay positive even when deadlines are tight.

Outside of the office, she loves exploring London with friends, who describe her as loyal and honest. She’s always on the lookout for new places to eat and enjoys unwinding with a great TV series or losing herself in an audiobook – she’s one to go to for recommendations.

Her first language being Brazilian Portuguese, Andressa admits that she sometimes mixes the two together – but we certainly won’t hold that against her!

Kristina Neveriova

Kristina loves the variety her role brings, with every project offering fresh challenges and the chance to learn something new, whether it’s in design or on site. She thrives on coordination, staying organised, and paying close attention to detail, always ready to find solutions when things get tricky.

Away from work, Kristina’s happiest with a good book, art history, history, politics and poetry top her list of favourites. She’s also a theatre enthusiast and loves the mental challenge of cryptic crosswords and the occasional pub quiz. In between all that, she’s busy being a proud mum to her two British Shorthair cats, Henrietta and Nikita, who definitely keep her on her toes!

Looking ahead, Kristina hopes to return to learning French and pick up where she left off, a challenge she’s excited to embrace.

Nikita Platyes

Nikita is one of our Health & Safety Managers who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and finding smart solutions to challenges. Approachable, dependable, and always up for a laugh, she brings positivity and professionalism to every project while working collaboratively to achieve the best results.

Outside of work, Nikita is all about the outdoors, whether hiking, paddleboarding, ocean swimming, or mountaineering, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She has her sights set on tackling a marathon one day too!

Known for being loyal, caring, and fun, she’s always ready for an adventure. And after a big day out, she’s not opposed to celebrating with a well-earned beer!

Matthew Shepherd

Easy-going, people-focused, and always keen to learn from others, Construction Manager Matthew enjoys the fast‑paced working life that London provides and working alongside experienced teams at Parkeray. Friends describe him as kind, loyal, and great fun to be around – positivity that comes through in each project he works on.

A lifelong cricket fan who once played for Wales, sport has always been a big part of his life. These days, he still enjoys cricket, alongside running and golf, and one day hopes to complete all seven marathon majors. With London and Sydney marathons on the calendar for 2026, he’s well on his way!

When he’s not on site, spending time with friends or training for his next run, he loves heading back to Wales to see his family, his dogs, and the beaches he grew up with.

Laura Cottle

Approachable and dedicated, Laura is always happy to help with anything big or small. She loves connecting with Parkeray teams and clients alike, bringing to life the brilliant stories behind the work we do.

A true people person with a glass-half-full outlook, Laura is always up for a good time and rarely says no to plans… just in case FOMO kicks in!

In her spare time, you’ll find Laura at spin classes; she’s on the bike multiple times a week. She also loves socialising with friends and family and discovering new food and drink spots.

While she’s not convinced a marathon is in her future (never say never!), she does see herself taking on a challenge that puts her cycling skills to the test.

Although London is home for now, Laura is Leeds-born and bred. She enjoys heading back whenever she can to catch up with loved ones and to ensure she’s not losing her northern accent.

Your comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.

I’m not the best, but I’m certainly in the top 1.

It can’t go on like this, can it? …It can!
