David Sweeney

Driven, professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated, David finds satisfaction in the planning, troubleshooting, and relationship-building elements of the role as Project Manager. Outside the nine-to-five, he enjoys spending quality time with his young family and coaching mini and junior football at Chipstead FC (Kent). Additionally, he is considering participating in the London to Brighton cycling challenge.

Bruce Pounder 

Bruce thrives in a dynamic work environment, enjoying new challenges and meeting people to understand their needs deeply. His role involves managing design touchpoints across project stages—from pre-construction reviews to supplier engagement and design compliance. 

With his expansive experience, Bruce brings adaptability and dedication to every project.

Outside of work, he keeps active with hobbies like golf, DIY, travel, and spending time with family. His next goal? Earning a Powerboating licence. 

Joe Murray

As Assistant Sustainability Manager, Joe enjoys driving meaningful change and promoting sustainability within the industry.

Known for his friendly demeanour and reliability, Joe also has a creative and adventurous spirit. In his spare time, you can often find him rock climbing or playing Dungeons and Dragons. Additionally, he has a talent for special effects makeup, a skill that proves especially useful during the Halloween season.

Alex Lovelock

Alex thrives in problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and seeing spaces transform.

After earning an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Alex gained exposure to the construction industry while living in Australia, working on various sites in Sydney. Upon returning to the UK, he spent 18 months as a Roofing Surveyor at Makers Construction before joining Parkeray.

Goodness Egede

Goodness thrives in the creative side of her role, using content creation to tell the stories of projects and events. She’s easy to work with, and always receptive to feedback and new ideas.

In her spare time, Goodness enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hosting friends, and going to the gym. Described as funny, ambitious, and spontaneous, she dreams of starting a foundation to support underprivileged women and children in Nigeria.

Nia Forrester

Nia is a Project Manager Trainee who thrives on communication and connecting with people. Chatty and confident she likes being part of a collaborative team.  

In her spare time, Nia enjoys traveling, having explored various destinations across the EU. She also runs and aspires to take on a 10k run as her next personal challenge.

Noah Clark

As a Commercial Manager Trainee, Noah enjoys working with numbers, and values honesty and good communication. Known for his excellent time management and punctuality, he brings a structured approach to his role. 

Noah enjoys spending time with his family and socialising in his spare time. He is also a fan of rugby and played at a high level. In addition to his love for rugby, his to-do list includes climbing different mountains.

Sonny Harris

Sonny enjoys the variety in his role as a Commercial Manager Trainee including seeing projects transform from bare bones to fully complete. He takes pride in being a reliable team member on site. Described as hardworking and energetic, he brings enthusiasm to every task.  

Sonny loves going to football matches and the gym in his spare time. He is also interested in running a half marathon.

Thomas Simpson

Thomas thrives on the social aspect of his role, enjoying conversations with people across the project pipeline. Described as reliable and determined, he brings dedication to every task.  

Outside of work, he stays active by running, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) multiple times a week, and hitting the gym. Thomas is set to run the 2025 London Marathon and he’s eager to explore every corner of the globe. 

Lizzie Fisher

Lizzie has been passionate about building services since she was eight years old, inspired by her dad’s work in the same industry. This early interest has driven her to pursue a career in this role where she is always eager to learn and open to new challenges.  

Lizzie has been involved in Girlguiding for 13 years and in her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and is often described as fun to be around.

Richard Tavner

Richard spent his formative years in Australia before returning to England at 21, having completed his carpentry qualifications. Known for his problem-solving skills and managing high-risk issues, as an experienced Project Manager, he ensures client confidence through collaboration and clear communication.  

Richard takes up the opportunity to travel whenever possible and enjoys exploring local cuisines wherever he goes. 

Bella Stefani

Bella has accumulated over 22 years of experience as a creative designer, working with well-known organisations such as Savills, Sky, and The Economist.

She is methodical, creative, pragmatic, and has a penchant for tidiness—an unusual trait for a designer! Bella’s love for graphic design stems from striking a satisfying balance between creating aesthetically pleasing works and solving problems.

Her passion for the field led to her winning an Adobe XD contest, where she co-designed an app concept celebrating women’s history in London.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys hiking and exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations on her trips abroad. She is also an avid gym-goer, enjoys spending time with friends and runs an online vintage shop.

A funny, creative, loyal, and thoughtful member of our design team, Bella adds a delightful and quirky dynamic to our work.
