Growing up around construction sites, Harry has always been drawn to the industry’s energy and camaraderie. He’s passionate about the design and construction process, always looking for new materials and creative ways to solve challenges.
With a 92% “yellow” personality score, Harry is known for his outgoing nature and team spirit, both on-site and socially. Outside of work, he’s a regular at Stamford Bridge, a keen runner and boxer, and a huge music fan, with Fleetwood Mac topping his playlist.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Harry’s next goals are to complete a sprint triathlon and learn to play the piano.

Not one to start running marathons at this stage, Ian is interested in travelling and seeing different parts of the world.
Scott thrives on being actively involved in both the building process and design development. Passionate about construction and a strong advocate for honest communication, he holds the distinction of being the youngest to achieve a CIOB chartership.
Outside of work, he stays active at the gym, enjoys time with his family, and is known by friends as trustworthy and cheerful.

Caleb, originally from New Zealand, started his career in new build construction and has since found joy in transforming plans into beautiful, functional spaces. He thrives on solving the challenges that come with every project.
In his spare time, Caleb embraces his love for the outdoors by snowboarding, surfing, golfing, and travelling around Europe with his partner. He’s determined to make the most of every opportunity, with a personal goal of exploring as much of Europe as possible.
Gearoid brings focus and determination to both his professional and personal life. Known for his proactive and driven approach, he is committed to ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Outside of work, when he is not spending quality time with his young daughter and family, Gearoid enjoys playing weekly 5-a-side football with his local team and watching Premier League games, as a Tottenham Season ticket holder.
