Parkeray is excited to announce the completion of a new office transformation project for a global technology client in Paddington, London.

Meeting our client’s evolving needs through innovative and adaptive solutions is a core part of our approach. This project involved delivering modern and functional social spaces across two floors to enhance the workplace experience.
Level 4: A Contemporary Social Hub
Transforming the Level 4 space involved converting a former facilities management office and tea point into a vibrant social hub. The design incorporates a stylish barista bar complete with integrated bulkhead storage, providing a focal point for employees to gather and recharge. A custom-designed concierge desk further enhances the employee experience, offering a welcoming and efficient service point.

Level 5: Adaptable and Multi-Functional Spaces
Level 5 underwent a significant upgrade with the removal of the existing canteen and kitchen. Adaptable, multi-functional rooms were fitted in their place, equipped with folding walls and a state-of-the-art AV system. The design promotes flexibility and collaboration and enables the space to be adapted to suit large meetings or smaller, more intimate gatherings. They are supported by an open-plan breakout area with a kitchenette, an island bar, seating and ample storage.

Seamless Execution in a Live Environment
One of the key challenges of this project was completing the work while the client remained in full occupation of the building. Our team managed this 14-week project with minimal disruption, ensuring the client’s operations continued smoothly throughout the transformation. This seamless execution demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality results while prioritising our clients’ needs and comfort.
Following this success, we were awarded further fit-out work on Level 7, reinforcing our client partnership. Well done to Team Parkeray, led by James Sherlock and all parties involved in the project’s delivery.
