Rhi joins our LITE team after acquiring over three years of experience working in an office manager role for another main contractor. An ambitious individual, she was nominated for the ‘Best Support’ award by fellow colleagues three years in a row.
Calm, well organised, and efficient she enjoys looking after people and being a ‘go-to’ person for solutions. Rhi likes making the working environment a happy place for everyone and is always up for learning something new.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the theatre or taking in some live music. A big socialiser Rhi loves catching up with friends, but her passion is reading which translates into a love of writing. Rhi uses her social media blog to write bite-size think pieces on mental health, body positivity, and social issues and has thousands of followers.
Ben was construction manager with one of the UK’s leading building and infrastructure companies and joins our Lite team with a wealth of experience. He has worked on a variety of projects including building some of the first Covid testing centres and additional NHS space during the pandemic.
He thrives on working in the fast-paced environment of fit out and enjoys meeting people from all different backgrounds. Ben has a positive influence on the project team, is considerate and hardworking but likes to have a laugh at the same time.
Away from work, Ben is a huge football fan and spends his weekends following Chelsea around the country. When it comes to holidays Ben loves the action of the slopes but also likes to relax on the beach too.

With his background in civil engineering, he is well versed in large-scale machinery and structural elements. Spencer’s experience hails from over a decade in the Royal Engineers. Progressing to Section Commander he was responsible for implementing safe systems of working and generally promoting health and safety awareness across a variety of different construction environments.
Hardworking and adaptable Spencer is an excellent communicator and enjoys meeting and talking to new people. He likes that every day and each project is different which brings a new challenge.
Away from work, he likes to relax and spend time with friends and family. He is also a keen golfer but admits he needs more practice. Spencer also is a bit of a petrol head and likes motor racing and going to track days.
The arrival of Roseanna is a welcome addition to our sustainability team. Passionate about everything she does, she loves the variety her role brings, from delivering project targets to getting to support local communities.
Before joining Parkeray, Roseanna spent a number of years working for another main contractor and has numerous accreditations to her name including NEBOSH, Mental Health First Aider, and working towards BREEAM AP. Roseanna is easy-going, personable, and enjoys interacting with many different people.
In her spare time, she enjoys long walks in the country with her dog and wild swimming which she developed a love of whilst training for a relay triathlon team. Her other passion is all things craft-related and you will often find her sewing with repurposed fabrics!
Geoff joins our sustainability team with several years’ experience in delivering results within fast-paced and deadline-orientated environments. Passionate about his role, Geoff was awarded Best performance for his MSc in Climate Change. He is easy-going, approachable, and believes in doing things the right way.
Geoff firmly believes we can alter the future of our planet and the responsibility lies in our hands. Working at Parkeray he is in the position to actively contribute towards a greener future by formulating our pathway to net-zero carbon.
Away from work Geoff likes to work out, run, surf and longboards to keep fit. He is a huge Munster Rugby fan and supports Tottenham Hotspur. To relax he will immerse himself in a good book or documentary and is also attempting to learn the guitar. Geoff also loves to travel and spent time backpacking through South America, South East Asia, and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Parkeray, Natalie worked for a well know multinational airline as a member of the cabin crew. Following a desire to change her career direction, Natalie joins our busy finance team as an accounts assistant.
Friendly, eager to learn, and with a positive attitude, Natalie will be supporting all aspects of our finance division. An organized individual who loves a challenge, she enjoys being able to hit the ground running and has adapted quickly to the fast pace of our accounts department.
Aside from work, Natalie enjoys skiing and catching up with family and friends. She loves traveling, bottomless brunches, and indulges in binge-watching the odd Netflix series.

Alex joins our lite team with an abundance of construction management experience. He has a proven track record of successful, multi-million-pound projects in London and the surrounding areas, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the fit out and refurbishment sector.
Hardworking, reliable and honest, Alex is a strong team player with the ability to motivate others. A great communicator, Alex enjoys meeting new people and forming relationships with them along the way.
Away from the office, Alex likes to listen to music to relax, catch up with friends and family and when time permits, he enjoys travelling. His other passion is boxing in particular Thai boxing and he is also keen jujitsu practitioner.

Dan has an abundance of experience in construction finance and returns to work with Parkeray after a number of years away. During that time, he held many senior positions including being involved at the Battersea Power Station regeneration site as senior project accountant.
Dan works across the group supporting both the lite and interiors divisions. Friendly and approachable he enjoys being part of the team to assist meeting deadlines and ensuring satisfied customers. In short… Dan likes to try and bring some fun in amongst the sums.
Outside of work Dan is a lover of all sports enjoying running, cycling and is also a retired professional dancer. He is a big football fan and is an avid Crystal Palace supporter.

Dan was destined to be in the industry as he started his career at the family roofing business. Making a move into fit out and refurbishment Dan worked for another main contractor on a wide range of projects before joining the Parkeray team.
Easy going and approachable Dan enjoys interacting with our subcontractors throughout the process of preparing a bid and gets great satisfaction of knowing his hard work has paid off when a tender is successful. Dan has an inquisitive mind so enjoys getting into the details of a project and to find that extra something that just might secure the win!
His weekends are mostly spent with the family, particularly doing activities with his daughter. Dan is a sports fanatic and loves watching golf, football, cricket and boxing. He’s a regular at the gym and plays football a couple of times a week. He will also ‘hack up’ the golf course when his schedule permits
Chris joins the Lite division with a strong background in the interior fit out sector. He first attended college studying bricklaying alongside an extended diploma in Construction & The Built Environment. Chris continued his studies gaining a BSc in Quantity Surveying and uses his wealth of academic knowledge to contribute to his success in the workplace.
He is an enthusiastic individual focused on communicating with all members of the immediate and wider team. Approachable and dedicated he ensures the team is supported and always gives 100 percent. In addition, Chris likes to learn from his peers and always wants to challenge himself in new ways to develop his skillset.
When he’s not at work Chris loves to travel overseas and has recently explored the East and West coast of America. He appreciates the outdoors and spends the majority of his spare time longboarding.
With an established career in accounting, Jane is highly experienced and held a senior position for over 6 years at her previous company. Organised and supportive Jane’s skill set blends perfectly with the rest of our accounts team.
Hardworking and with a thirst for knowledge, Jane wants to understand everything she does and will admit she can be a little bit OCD at times. A real do-or Jane likes to get things done.
Away from the office, Jane likes to spend quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys eating out and is partial to the occasional afternoon tea. Jane is also trying to get into fitness…to offset all the eating out she does!

Faith joins Parkeray as an additional graphic designer to support Toby with the busy demands of the marketing team. Staying on brand, designing and creating all marketing materials from simple info graphics to technical tender submission for both print and digital.
Not sure where her career would take her Faith qualified with a BSc in Digital design from Brunel University and has held various graphic design positions, most recently for a corporate digital learning company. She is quiet, calm and extremely focused and enjoys the freedom she gets to let her creativity flow.
In her spare time Faith enjoys spending time with friends, reading and visiting exhibitions at many different museums. She is also a movie fan and likes to catch the latest rom-com!
