Paul now is at the helm of our IT department after having been with Parkeray since 2005 on a consultancy basis. With a solid background in information technology Paul’s experience is exceptional.

His easy going manner and friendly personality makes him very approachable. Paul thrives on problem solving and troubleshooting, which is a good thing as no one day is ever the same in IT!

Outside of work, Paul is a sports enthusiast. He regularly plays golf and football and is an avid Chelsea supporter. His other passion is motorsport; all kinds and you will often find Paul at events abroad. He is a regular spectator at The 24 hours of Le Mans and has visited the Nürburgring.

Heather Linch

Heather joined Parkeray in 2008 and is an integral part of the estimating team. She coordinates the estimators throughout the tender process, from arrival to getting enquiries out and managing the tender deliverables.

She has to work to constant deadlines but works well under pressure and enjoys working with the team. With a positive mental attitude, Heather is calm and good at keeping others calm, whilst remaining focused and dedicated.

Carrieanne Beer

Carrieanne joined the sales and marketing team in 2009. The studious member of the team, she is helpful and always on time – a must when she is managing our prequalification submissions.

She is also super organised and coordinates all our staff and client events whether it’s a breakfast for two people or an evening affair for over a hundred! Meticulous in everything she does Carrieanne is a model team player!

Carrieanne has a love of travel and enjoys visiting new places, recently taking her to Italy and as far away as Singapore. Her other love is to shop and she admits that she has a penchant for handbags! She has a secret skill – baking, where she learnt everything from her mum. Mike Murray even commented that she made “the best Bakewell tart ever” and that was her first attempt!

Adrian Grint

Adrian has always had an interest in his role beyond just numbers. He enjoys interacting with people and has worked with many businesses of all shapes and sizes. That said, he’s at his happiest counting beans, although it’s fair to say he’s not a Bean Counter!

Over the last few years, Adrian has developed a passion for cycling and along with three Parkeray colleagues has taken part in Cycle to MIPIM in 2015 and 2017, a 1500km ride from London to Cannes for children’s charity CORAM, alongside other industry sportives and events, including the Prudential Ride 100. This has further developed into competing in the odd Duathlon or two, time will surely tell if he manages to keep up the pace!!
