Parkeray proudly supported Atrium Underwriter’s relocation to 8 Bishopsgate with the Cat B fit out of their new headquarters.

Our team delivered the fast-track fit-out of 15,000 sq ft over 19 weeks to coincide with Atrium’s move-in date.

The new contemporary work environment features flexible spaces, which meet Atrium’s requirement for agile work areas, with open plan and executive offices, cellular pods and a business lounge. A selection of meeting rooms includes a stunning main boardroom. There is also an auditorium and a welcoming reception. 

The reception space and lounge adjoin a central staff coffee bar, with Hunter Douglas raft ceilings and drop lighting, while cleverly concealing a fully functional kitchen facility behind the service point.

Clay curved walls, tinted glass partitions and bespoke joinery are central to the sophisticated design scheme created by MCM, which references natural elements while showcasing the incredible views from the 20th floor.

The team overcame challenges with acoustics to provide an environment which supports collaborative and quiet working, with privacy pods dotted across the floor plate, as well as a suite of private rooms.
