This year marks the 10th anniversary of our Respect Coffee Mornings! To celebrate this milestone, we expanded the event from one day to a week-long celebration, taking place from July 21 to 25.

Since launching in 2015, our award-winning Respect Coffee Mornings have become a beloved tradition at Parkeray, reflecting our “work hard, play hard” culture. These events are all about coming together in a relaxed setting to celebrate one of our core values—respect—which underpins everything we do: how we communicate, collaborate, and deliver our work.

Over the course of the week, across 10 sites, we shared countless great moments filled with laughter, stories, and over 500 doughnuts, cups of tea, and coffee. We also hosted a friendly Respect Word Search Challenge to enhance the experience. These are the moments that make our Respect Coffee Mornings truly memorable.

A massive thank you to our incredible site teams for creating such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. We are also grateful to our Senior Leadership Team, Mike Murray, Andy Smith, and Phil Pearce, for showcasing their hospitality skills and helping make the week truly special. Additionally, we appreciate our guests from our client, building management and supply chain network for joining us.
