
Parkeray recently completed a Cat A refurbishment project at 29 Ludgate Hill on behalf of Hertshten Properties. This extensive renovation of 39,192 sq ft involved reviving four floors of office space, including the basement, for commercial lease.

Our team created a brand-new entrance experience on the ground floor, which boasts a double-height reception that enhances the building’s appeal, alongside cosmetic improvements to the façade and stonework.
Additionally, two new lifts were installed, along with comprehensive end-of-trip facilities in the basement, which include cycle storage and showers, and welfare amenities on each floor.

Key features of the refurbishment include exposed and encapsulated architectural ductwork on the Cat A floors, bespoke joinery comprising a reception desk and slatted feature wall, and oversized marble wall tiles designed to cover more wall space than conventional tiles.
