Parkeray Regions is proud to continue its ongoing support for the growth of the life sciences and research & development sectors in Cambridge, with the successful completion and handover of our second project at Unity Campus, delivered on behalf of Howard Group.

Our latest delivery adds to our growing legacy within the innovative Cadence Building. Having previously completed the 20,000 sq ft fit out of lab and office spaces on Level 1, along with a speculative fit out on Level 2 designed for future tenants, we’re pleased to have now handed over a further expansion of lab and office space on the ground floor.

This 16-week scheme included the creation of high-specification laboratory and office environments, featuring medical gas installations and fully equipped laboratory benching. Throughout the project, we worked in collaboration with Howard Group to ensure their requirements were captured and delivered with precision.

We’re proud to play a part in supporting the cutting-edge work happening at Unity Campus and look forward to continuing our journey in Cambridge’s dynamic life science landscape.
