Parkeray Regions recently created a brand-new workspace in Cambridge on behalf of the multinational software company Autodesk.
Relocating from an existing office in the area to One Station Square, the 5,000 sq ft space, designed by Suttonca is tailored to meet their specific workplace needs, while incorporating Cambridge’s local identity.

Our team led by Darryl Dillon, created a new work environment across one level comprising open-plan, agile workspace, a selection of meeting and wellbeing spaces. At its heart, a central breakout area encourages collaboration and connection, featuring a tea point, flexible seating, and an AV wall.

A strong Cambridge theme runs throughout the design, with manifestations on glazed partitions celebrating influential alumni—Turing, Newton, and Darwin.
Careful forward planning was key to meeting the tight 12-week programme, particularly in coordinating deliveries within a site constrained by limited storage space.

This high-quality commercial office fit out further reinforces Parkeray Regions’ presence in Cambridge’s growing technology and software development sector. Well done to all involved.
