The 17th–21st August marked the 11th year of Respect events at Parkeray, and once again, it was a fantastic opportunity to bring our teams, clients and partners together.

Throughout the week, we celebrated one of our core values – Respect – at Parkeray HQ and across 13 live sites, from London to Reading.

New for 2026, and perfectly timed with the summer weather, we launched the Respect Cool Down. Our very own ice cream van hit the road, visiting our teams across London and serving up plenty of well-earned treats along the way.

The celebrations also reached new heights with a rooftop ice cream pop-up overlooking the London skyline, where our teams, clients and subcontractors enjoyed a selection of delicious flavours in a fantastic setting.

More than anything, Respect Week was another chance to take time out from our busy projects, connect with the people we work alongside and celebrate the relationships that make Parkeray what it is.

Across the week there was no shortage of ice cream, doughnuts, tea and coffee, alongside plenty of smiles, conversations and friendly competition. Teams also had the chance to take part in games and activities, with some great prizes up for grabs.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the week such a success. We’re already looking forward to making Respect Week 2027 even bigger and better!
