Insurance Group Navium Marine is the latest client to experience a refreshing 100% hassle-free fit out by Parkeray Lite.
Our small works team led by Ben Coumbe recently delivered their new HQ space at 37-39 Lime Street in time to celebrate their second birthday.
A One-Stop-Shop Solution
Having outgrown their existing office, Navium Marine wanted to develop a new workspace with the “wow” factor to welcome clients and brokers and for the project to fall within their budget.
Parkeray Lite led sprang into action and worked directly with Navium Marine to bring the vision for their new office space to life. Using images of various office designs sent by the client, Parkeray Lite completed visits to furniture showrooms and sample workshops to assist the decision-making process and offered them a one-stop-shop, design and build solution, which provided a ‘bang for their buck’.
A Refreshing Fit Out
The magical refurbishment of the Cat A space began with stripping out the existing interior before implementing the new design. Plasterboard and glazed partitions provide the foundation for the new office layout, which includes general open plan areas, meeting rooms, a wellness room, a storeroom, and a comms room. In addition to a tea point and breakout space with feature lighting.
The team at Parkeray Lite went above and beyond in achieving a great result that met both budget and timeline. Their support, with regular updates and contact from the PM and CM, meant the entire project went as smoothly as possible.

Finishes included new floor coverings in LVT timber and carpet, with walls painted off-white. Parkeray Lite made minor adjustments to the existing MEP services to serve the new space, including air conditioning systems, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing, to the new kitchen. The existing ceilings were generally retained, with new MF plasterboard ceilings installed in meeting rooms and feature areas.
The 3,600 sq ft space was transformed over eight weeks, resulting in the best possible outcome – our client moving into their new home in time to celebrate their birthday. Hooray!
