Known for his problem-solving skills and managing high-risk issues, as an experienced Project Manager, he ensures client confidence through collaboration and clear communication.
Richard takes up the opportunity to travel whenever possible and enjoys exploring local cuisines wherever he goes.
Bella has accumulated over 22 years of experience as a creative designer, working with well-known organisations such as Savills, Sky, and The Economist.
She is methodical, creative, pragmatic, and has a penchant for tidiness—an unusual trait for a designer! Bella’s love for graphic design stems from striking a satisfying balance between creating aesthetically pleasing works and solving problems.
Her passion for the field led to her winning an Adobe XD contest, where she co-designed an app concept celebrating women’s history in London.
Outside of work, Bella enjoys hiking and exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations on her trips abroad. She is also an avid gym-goer, enjoys spending time with friends and runs an online vintage shop.

As an entrepreneur and former business owner, Sol brings a wealth of skills to her role, in addition to marketing and business development experience from previous positions at leading engineering and design firms and her time at Parkeray.

A mother and lover of music, Sol will never stop trying for Glastonbury tickets! She also loves to travel everywhere and anywhere while keeping up with her kid’s hobbies, which mainly involve watching a lot of grassroots football.

He is particularly good at engaging with multiple stakeholders and working on fast-paced projects. One he is most proud of is the Royal Households building contract, where he had overall responsibility for the budget.

Jeremey joins our team with an abundance of international fit out experience. Originally working for a design and build company in his native Australia before relocating to the UK and joining a leading construction company and then a London-based fit out company where he became a lead project manager.
Approachable and easy-going Jeremy is a good communicator and a real people person. He likes meeting and working with various people from supply chain contractors to the client and the project team. He gets a great sense of achievement when completing a project.
Like most Australians, Jeremy loves to travel, visiting countries far and wide. He also enjoys hiking, the best one he completed was to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro! Jeremy likes to catch up with friends in his spare time and when it comes to sport, he loves football.
