Up for The Challenge; Parkeray’s Fundraising Events!

When it comes to a sports challenge, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a member of our staff who hasn’t thrown themselves into a fundraising event for a worthwhile cause.

In 2016, we raised £21,000 for MacMillan Cancer alone and were in the top 1% of fundraisers on Justgiving. Our staff also raised a further £23,000 through various charitable challenges such as Tough Mudder, Virgin’s Half Marathon, and Prudential RideLondon; amounting to £44,000 raised for well-deserving charities!

This year’s fundraising target is £50,000, and our team has already set the bar and raised over £10,000 for Coram by completing Cycle to MIPIM in March.

Upcoming events we’ll be participating in are:

JLL Property Duathlon | Friday 30 June
CBRE Property Bike Ride | Thursday 22 June
JLL Property 5k Run | Thursday 24 August
Parkeray Charity 5-A-Side Football Tournament | Friday 7 July
Parkeray Challenge Team Walk | Friday 22 – 24 September

We’re super excited to host our first industry 5-A-Side Football Tournament on 7 July, which will see 16 teams compete for the Champions Cup, while fundraising for Great Ormond Street Hospital. Our Parkeray Challenge Team will also be out in full force this September to combat another mission impossible walk in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

We wish everyone the best of luck in completing their challenges and will provide a rundown on the outcomes and money raised later in the year!
