Huge congratulations to our client Ark on winning Best Corporate Workplace at the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards for EdCity! We’re incredibly proud to have contributed to bringing this transformative scheme to life.

Located in White City, EdCity provides Ark’s new headquarters, alongside space for like-minded organisations dedicated to education and improving children’s lives. Our Cat B fit-out across four floors focused on creating a functional, secure, and inspiring environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and well-being. The 30,000 sq ft scheme includes a vibrant coworking reception and café, modern open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art event facilities.

The BCO judges lauded EdCity as “perfectly designed for end-users’ requirements, providing office, auditorium and education spaces… with strong amenity provision. The scale of the social offer of this scheme is unrivalled.”

This award reflects the outstanding collaboration behind EdCity, blending sustainable building practices with a bespoke fit-out tailored to Ark’s unique needs.
