Parkeray recently completed the fit out of a flexible workspace at Charles House in the West End on behalf of The Crown Estate.

Our Cat B fit out of one floor was tailored to support agile working, incorporating a central tea point with an adjoining reception area, open plan and hot desking spaces, touchdown points, and meeting rooms.

Mechanical and electrical works encompassed developing a new ceiling design to facilitate easy access to service installations above. Through value engineering, our team costed and presented various solutions to the client, meeting the desired design aesthetic without impacting the schedule.

Despite logistical challenges posed by working in a live building, the team successfully created a stunning, flexible environment all involved can take pride in.
