Parkeray Lite is our dedicated small works team, who specialises in projects from £2K up to the value of £500K. Parkeray Lite has been servicing commercial office spaces across London and the home counties for 21 years. Responsive and mobile with plenty of experience working in live environments, they are the go-to service for landlords, tenants, and serviced office providers, who require construction solutions they can rely on and trust. After all, Parkeray Lite is 100% hassle-free! Typical works include Cat A and B works, space planning and alterations, reception installations, dilapidations and end-of-trip facilities, to name a few.

Is Parkeray Lite a real drink?
After being mistaken for a diet drink or our lighting division for so long, we decided to put the power of Parkeray Lite into a can and produce a real drink for promotional purposes.  

Who is the man who appears in a puff of smoke?
That would be Jason, who heads up Parkeray Lite. We like to think of Jason as our Lite genie. Although we cannot promise he will arrive in a puff of blue smoke, he responds to customers quickly.

Is Parkeray Lite available to purchase in stores?
Not currently, but who knows what the future holds.
