Parkeray Shares Stress-busting Tips

At Parkeray, we understand everyone deals with stress in different ways. To promote Mental Health Awareness Week, we took a closer look at staff wellbeing and ran a competition to find out our staffs tips on managing stress.

Top tips were selected and shared across our social media platforms throughout the week and all entries were automatically entered into our Stressbuster prize draw, for a chance to win an Amazon Gift Card.

Congratulations to the winners: Andy Greiner, Ben Carpenter, Graham Ward, Martin Wilson, Paul Clay and Jim Thomas from Innovation Air Conditioning & Building Services from our Queen Victoria Street project.

Mental health is a very serious issue and our door is always open for our staff to speak to us confidentially. We have a number of Mental Health First Aiders on hand. Should anyone need assistance, please contact Aileen Partner. There are also a number of free resources available for professional advice. No one need struggle alone.
