Supporting NextGen Mentorship in Property & Construction

This summer has been a whirlwind of activity as our garden played host to two mentoring events, The Circle Partnership and BCO NextGen London summer parties – marking our ongoing support of these fantastic initiatives.

The Circle Partnership focuses on supporting women in the construction and property sectors. By providing a platform for networking, professional development, and empowerment through their 1:1 mentoring with senior female industry leaders, the Circle Partnership aims to bridge the gender gap and foster a more inclusive industry. We are proud to continue our sponsorship for the fourth consecutive year and seeing this initiative grow from strength to strength.

BCO NextGen brings together young professionals from the commercial property sector. This event fosters connections, encourages knowledge sharing, and supports the development of future industry leaders. Their mentoring provides a safe space to explore career development, set goals and gain independent feedback on how to respond to challenges. Hosting this event in our garden demonstrates our commitment to nurturing talent and promoting collaboration within the industry.

Both events have seen our garden transform into a vibrant hub of learning, networking, and inspiration. We are thrilled to be part of these initiatives and look forward to supporting them in the years to come.
