Will Borer is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over seven years of experience. His pragmatic and focused approach towards managing finance and negotiation aspects of projects makes him a valuable member of any project team.
He is particularly good at engaging with multiple stakeholders and working on fast-paced projects. One he is most proud of is the Royal Households building contract, where he had overall responsibility for the budget.
Will enjoys being with his family and keeping active in his spare time, such as going to the gym, playing tennis and skiing. He also plays football and is a Crystal Palace supporter, for better or worse 😉

Rod is an accomplished Commercial Manager with a robust background of over seven years in the construction industry.
Rod finds fulfilment in the dynamic and diverse nature of his role. He appreciates the uniqueness of each day, embracing the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, which centres around “change for the better” and “continuous improvement.” With a strong commitment to achieving team goals, Rod actively fosters open lines of communication to ensure success.
Having lived in Brazil, Italy, and France, Rod brings a multicultural perspective to his work. Furthermore, his proficiency in four languages enhances his ability to connect with a wide range of individuals.
Rod values spending quality time with his son and is passionate about attending gigs, festivals, and dining out. Additionally, he has added baking sourdough bread to his list of hobbies.
Kaizen
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Andy’s background in commercial management hails from key players in our sector. He brings to Parkeray an abundance of fit out and refurbishment experience within both the public and private sectors.
Easy going, approachable Andy likes working as part of a team both in the office and on site. He is hardworking and enjoy the fact that no two projects are the same, bringing different variety to his working life.
Away from work Andy is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon five times. He also enjoys playing golf and is a season ticket holder at Spurs.
Carpe diem
Chris joins our commercial management team with an abundance of experience as a surveyor. Having started his career in Australia, he soon worked his way up and has now been involved in a range of sectors including retail, residential and fit out. He was recently part of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment project, which he says was incredible to be part of such a landmark project in the UK.
A reliable, approachable, and easy-going member of the team who enjoys meeting new people and building strong relationships. Chris is a practical problem solver and gets a great sense of achievement when handing over a completed project to the client.
When it comes to his time off it’s all about sport for Chris. He enjoys taking part in cricket, running and also his native Australian Rules football. When time permits, he also likes to travel and explore new countries.
Scott has been around construction since college and furthered his education when he completed his degree while working full-time with one of the UK’s leading construction and infrastructure companies. During his career, he has worked for high-profile clients such as Imperial College London and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
He is organised, logical, and detailed, focused not only on the “big picture”, but also on the small elements of each project to ensure delivery. Scott loves being part of a team and enjoys meeting different people in the industry.
In his spare time, Scott likes to stay active and enjoys going to the gym, walking the dog, and catching up with family and friends. If he’s not doing DIY around the house; he did a complete renovation of his first home, he’ll be binging on Netflix or cooking.
Steve joins our commercial management team with an abundance of experience as a surveyor. He started his career whilst studying part-time, soon working his way up and gaining a first-class honour degree from the University of Greenwich. Steve has experience in a range of sectors and projects from Cat A fit out and refurbishments in excess of £5m.
Approachable, hardworking, and a personable member of the team, Steve enjoys working on a variety of projects. He gets great pleasure in seeing the concept of a drawing develop into a real project and feeling proud that he played his part.
A West Ham supporter and season ticket holder, Steve enjoys watching football as much as playing and is captain of his amateur Saturday team. He also likes to follow the MotoGP and spends time in the garage attempting to fix his own motorbike.
Chris joins the Lite division with a strong background in the interior fit out sector. He first attended college studying bricklaying alongside an extended diploma in Construction & The Built Environment. Chris continued his studies gaining a BSc in Quantity Surveying and uses his wealth of academic knowledge to contribute to his success in the workplace.
He is an enthusiastic individual focused on communicating with all members of the immediate and wider team. Approachable and dedicated he ensures the team is supported and always gives 100 percent. In addition, Chris likes to learn from his peers and always wants to challenge himself in new ways to develop his skillset.
When he’s not at work Chris loves to travel overseas and has recently explored the East and West coast of America. He appreciates the outdoors and spends the majority of his spare time longboarding.
Elle already had some industry experience to her name as prior to joining Parkeray she worked for the family business. Growing up around construction provided her with the valuable knowledge she needed to gain her BSc in Commercial Management, finding helpful guidance from both of her parents.
Hardworking and reliable Elle likes to meet new people and enjoys being part of the team. Her friendly personality enables her to make instant connections with everyone involved in the project from supply chain through to clients.
When she gets time to relax you will find her catching up with friends and spending time with her family.
Construction runs in Archie’s family, so he was destined to join the industry and keep up the tradition. Deciding that university wasn’t really for him, Archie gained his BSc in Commercial Management through our trainee scheme.
Archie prides himself on being calm and organised. He is ambitious and counts one of his many strengths as being hardworking. He believes the best part of the job is seeing the transformation of each project, from start through to handover.
In his spare time, you will find Archie in the gym, on the golf course or catching up with friends. He’s also a football fan and can often be found on the south coast cheering on AFC Bournemouth.
Dean joined our commercial team in 2014, having graduated in 2011 with a BSc Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich. During his time with us he has delivered a variety of projects, notably 1 Canada Square, Douglas House and our home, Parkeray HQ.
The studious member of the commercial team, Dean is quietly driven & committed but always embraces the Parkeray ‘can do’ attitude in all that he does.
Away from work Dean enjoys spending time with his family. His three boys keep him plenty busy on the weekends, and what’s left of it he enjoys following various sports, especially Formula One!
Iain is a dedicated, methodical, fun and friendly Commercial Manager who has worked on prestigious projects such as Stella McCartney, Amnesty International UK Ltd and the fast track fit out of a new Paddington based headquarters for a Norwegian Oil Company.
Iain, known as ‘Doddy’ is one of our company entertainers. You may have witnessed his rendition of “Burlington Bertie” while donning a bowler hat. If not, you should.
Doddy is a ‘faddist’, a Jack of all trades with all the gear as well as the idea. In fact, he has done everything from scuba to skydiving, golf to cricket and white water rafting to fancy dress. He is a keen footballer and played for the 3rd division in Zimbabwe. Make sure you ask him about his 10 bodyguards!
I’m not as green as I’m cabbage looking
Duncan joined Parkeray in 2004 and was appointed to the board of directors in 2013. His main responsibility as director is to manage and support our project teams, giving advice, direction and guidance. Duncan is hard working, always seeking to achieve goals and targets set with the right level of quality. Duncan believes Parkeray has a unique style and approach which sets us apart from our peers.
He is a keen member of the Parkeray Challenge team, having completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, South Downs Way, the Lake District 4 Peaks and 75 miles around the Isle of Wight, all of which raised much needed funds for charity.
