MidCity Place Refurbishment Completes

We’re thrilled to announce the successful delivery of a Cat A refurbishment at MidCity Place on behalf of our client, Oxford Properties.

Led by David Sweeney, our team transformed two floors with a complete strip-out, carefully preserving the existing raised access flooring—and upgraded the roof terrace to give it a fresh, modern feel. The project has not only revitalised the space but also prepared it for future lettings, offering a high-quality environment ready for incoming tenants.

The works included the installation of high-level SAS raft ceilings with integrated lighting and air conditioning, along with brand-new fire alarm and sprinkler systems throughout. We also introduced smart fire compartmentation corridors, finished with elegant ceramic tiling, sleek internal timber doors, and fire-rated glass doors for that perfect balance of style and safety.

Outside, we boosted weather protection around the pitch pockets, adapted and added bollard lighting for both function and flair. To top it off—literally—we fitted a striking demountable glass and steel balustrade around the roof terrace.

Delivering all this in a live environment, where filming was ongoing, demanded careful planning and pinpoint coordination. But thanks to the close collaboration between our team and partners, we pulled it off smoothly and with a touch of style.
