All or nothing

Lesley Brewster

Lesley joined Parkeray in summer 2014 and brought her wonderful laugh, quirky sense of humour and boundlessly creative ideas to the marketing team.

Her passion for all things marketing started when she was about 7 and at Heathrow, off to visit relatives in Barbados: she became fascinated with the airline’s marketing material and later wrote to other airlines requesting they send her theirs! This enthusiasm turned professional when Lesley set up Hotminute, a lifestyle and events online publication, and later started her career in marketing in the fit out construction industry before joining Parkeray.

Lesley has a wide range of interests outside of work, from attending unusual gym classes to car design, popcorn (strictly “sweet and salty” only), board games and everything in between. Everything but snow, which should be banned, according to Lesley!

Clare Ashmore

Clare joined Parkeray in 2000 and the main board in 2005. Drawing on her vast experience of the construction industry she takes a direct involvement in client liaison embracing her Project Sponsor role. Clare acts as a point of contact at the highest level for our clients and their team. She views things from the client’s point of view and works closely with our team and theirs to ensure all requirements are understood and delivered.

She has full authority to act on behalf of the company for the good of any project. Clare also ensures the consistency of our brand internally and externally through to delivery.

Clare is a shareholder of the company and is well respected not only within the business but also within the wider industry having held her position on the main operating board of the British Council of Offices since 2011. She is also a past winner of the annual Movers and Shakers award and the G4C award for leadership.

Out of the office you can find Clare on the water, racing yachts in the Solent from her home in Cowes. She is a Yachtmaster, Rescuediver and she takes challenges head on, whether it is conquering Kilimanjaro, doing the Fastnet or making bee hives with fresh cow dung!!

Family, friends and laughter mean everything to Clare.

Let life be a daring adventure or nothing

Jodie Green

Jodie joined Parkeray in 2002 working within the Estimating department keeping the boys (as was then) in check. She managed all estimates and submissions. After becoming a mum for the first time, Jodie returned to join the sales and marketing team as her keen eye for detail and the fact she was a stickler for alignment fitted perfectly!

She is a highly valued member of the team, is always helpful and willing to turn her hand to any task, from managing events, writing complex submissions and working on marketing campaigns. She is also responsible for managing our website and producing our in-house magazine; Parklife.

Outside of the office she loves going to the cinema, music and sport, Wimbledon tennis was always one of her favourites. She is a keen gig goer and loves a bit of rock, be it anything from Bon Jovi to Bryan Adams, but all this comes after ‘mum duties’ to her two children, which she says are her biggest achievement.

Carrieanne Beer

Carrieanne joined the sales and marketing team in 2009. The studious member of the team, she is helpful and always on time – a must when she is managing our prequalification submissions.

She is also super organised and coordinates all our staff and client events whether it’s a breakfast for two people or an evening affair for over a hundred! Meticulous in everything she does Carrieanne is a model team player!

Carrieanne has a love of travel and enjoys visiting new places, recently taking her to Italy and as far away as Singapore. Her other love is to shop and she admits that she has a penchant for handbags! She has a secret skill – baking, where she learnt everything from her mum. Mike Murray even commented that she made “the best Bakewell tart ever” and that was her first attempt!
