Stewart has always worked in the construction industry and started from a trade background as a joiner before he made the move into estimating.  He has worked for other main contractors on a wide range of Cat A and B projects before joining Parkeray.

Approachable and helpful Stewart enjoys being part of the team and the challenge that each new project brings. He thrives on finding ways of getting one step ahead of the competition to secure a win!

Away from the office Stewart is a real family man and spends as much time as he can with his three sons. His other passion is football whether its playing, coaching or just watching. A keen golfer, Stewart enjoys hitting the fairways for a relaxing round golf when time permits.

Dan Jones

Dan was destined to be in the industry as he started his career at the family roofing business. Making a move into fit out and refurbishment Dan worked for another main contractor on a wide range of projects before joining the Parkeray team.

Easy going and approachable Dan enjoys interacting with our subcontractors throughout the process of preparing a bid and gets great satisfaction of knowing his hard work has paid off when a tender is successful. Dan has an inquisitive mind so enjoys getting into the details of a project and to find that extra something that just might secure the win!

His weekends are mostly spent with the family, particularly doing activities with his daughter. Dan is a sports fanatic and loves watching golf, football, cricket and boxing. He’s a regular at the gym and plays football a couple of times a week. He will also ‘hack up’ the golf course when his schedule permits

James Daniels

James has always worked in the construction industry and started his career as a trainee. Whilst on rotation, he found a passion for estimating and never left! James has worked for other main contractors on a wide range of projects for various clients in different sectors.

Easy going and dedicated, James likes the team environment and is always interested in the finished project having been involved at the early stages. He also enjoys seeing changes and innovation in design and how this is reflected in project design concepts.

Away from work, James likes to relax with a good book or listen to music. He likes to take time to catch up with the family or watch a good movie. When it comes to sport, he’s a bit of an all-rounder enjoying football, UFC and boxing.

Bernard Ryan

Bernard joined us in 2012 but started in the industry over 40 years ago through the old fashioned apprenticeship route. Although he is a skilled carpenter he has over 30 years’ experience as an estimator and loves that his role is demanding yet rewarding. He particularly enjoys working with the people in his team and likes to think he is methodical and hardworking, an approach he expects from those around him.

A keen sportsman, Bernard was a league squash player in his day but these days sticks to running, cycling and the gym for fitness. He follows rugby, F1 and football, choosing Man Utd as his team since the Georgie Best days! In his spare time he works on his labour of love, renovating his Grade II listed house.

Ben Crisp

Ben has held senior estimating roles for two competitor main contacting companies in the fit out industry and joins our team with a vast amount of experience and knowledge. He has, over the years successfully secured many notable project include Eurostar changeover at Kings Cross.

At work he is easy going and extremely approachable. He thrives on the fact that every project is different from the last and no two days are ever the same!

Thriving under pressure and supremely organised (she has a folder for everything!) Shantel works alongside our estimating coordinator Heather, to ensure our estimating team’s operations run as smoothly as possible.

Outside of her nine to five, Shantel likes to spend time socialising with friends and travelling, even though she has a fear of flying! Her favourite place to visit is Turkey and having found her own idea of paradise there, she just can’t get enough and returns at least once a year.

Personable and extremely professional Paul loves getting into the finer details of a project whilst finding the balance of working hard but having fun too.

A football fan, Paul is a lifelong Liverpool supporter and spent many a Saturday in his youth standing in the Kop. His four giant breed dogs take up the rest of Paul’s spare time. At 11 stone each the two Newfoundlands are water rescue dogs and the two Pyrenean mountain dogs in his own words are just ‘crackers’!
