Greg Lloyd

Greg’s one of those guys that people enjoy working with. His relaxed style coupled with his strong desire to always ‘come out the other end smiling and with a handshake’ has seen him handle and successfully manage projects of all shapes and sizes.

Greg grew up on a farm in his native South Africa so rugby and all things connected seem to dominate Greg’s social life and loves nothing better than to relax with friends, enjoy a pint and regale a tale or two of how his beloved Springboks became world champions (twice!).

Mondays are a problem!

Ben Wills

Ben graduated in 2013 with a 2:1 in BSc Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying), at the London South Bank University, after spending five years working with Parkeray and training as a commercial manager.

During his time at Parkeray he worked on some notable projects such as 30 St Mary Axe and Grosvenor Square. Ben works extremely hard to deliver a project and get the job done, but doesn’t like to take things too seriously, instilling a sense of fun into the working environment.

He loves to travel and once cycled 12,000km across Canada, America and Australia (in the middle of their summer) and worked the last year for a large construction company in New Zealand, on a number of large new build manufacturing warehouse and office projects in Auckland.

Chris Marshall

Chris has been with us since 2007 and his easy-going style, combined with a steely determination to deliver projects, has fast made him operations director. A true team builder, thorough and dedicated.

Cerebral in his approach, Chris is a people person who encourages involvement and interaction at all levels. He has a strong academic background having graduated from university with a degree in Building Project Management.

A Geordie at heart he pays homage to the Liverbird and everything that says “This is Anfield”! Music and art of the hip-hop and rhythm and blues genres has resulted in Chris compiling a vinyl record collection numbering in excess of 3000! (Yes all HH and R&B)

Ben Crisp

Ben has held senior estimating roles for two competitor main contacting companies in the fit out industry and joins our team with a vast amount of experience and knowledge. He has, over the years successfully secured many notable project include Eurostar changeover at Kings Cross.

At work he is easy going and extremely approachable. He thrives on the fact that every project is different from the last and no two days are ever the same!

A sports fan and music lover, his particular favourites include West Ham Utd and anything from 60’s & 70’s regarding music. At home Ben enjoys spending time with his family, that’s when he isn’t playing lead guitar in a Blues Rock Band!

Lets Rock…!

Jon Pye

Jon joined Parkeray at the end of 1998 and is very much a part of the Parkeray family. Jon has completed many successful projects in his near 20 years with Parkeray. Most recently he has enjoyed working exclusively with The Office Group, successfully completing over a dozen projects and has been their dedicated project lead for the last 4 years. Jon is a real team player who partners his joviality with honesty and integrity.

Jon is a keen golfer and organises the annual Parkeray golfing weekend. When not on the golf course Jon loves spending time at the weekends with his family or doing a spot of DIY.

Always look on the bright side of life

Steve Mott

Steve brings an abundance of experience to the team. From an electrician and estimator, to services project management and now director, his technical knowledge is second to none.

Although pragmatic in his approach Steve still likes to have fun along the way and enjoys the varied work that comes with fit out. Always up for a new challenge, one of Steve’s beliefs is ‘the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra’.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his young family and meeting up with friends. He also follows ice hockey, likes to travel and can often be found tending to his tank of marine fish.

You only miss 100% of the shots you don’t take

Gerry Gilbert

Gerry is keen that his projects are all one team, working together and the dynamic of working with other colleagues is important to Gerry and the end result for the client.

Gerry has a relaxed way of life when away from work, spending time with his family and enjoying his hobbies.

You are only as good as your last project

Martin Barnett

Martin joined Parkeray in 2000 and was promoted to Construction Director in 2020. He brings a wealth of experience and provides support to the Parkeray team through his role. Martin is a diligent, supportive and calming influence, has the patience of a saint and the durability of the SAS!

He has worked on some of our largest projects to date; the Atrium in Uxbridge and 99 Bishopsgate, earning a quarterly H&S award at the same time. Martin is the proud creator of one half of the company safety slogan: Safety – live with it, we think you’re worth it! He is also an accredited SKA Assessor.

Away from the office, he can be found hiking in Snowdonia with friends. He is dedicated to his family who means the world to him.

A job is only worth doing well

Bob Wills

Bob is an Associate Director and Shareholder at Parkeray. He has been with us since the beginning and was part of the team who set up the Lite division in 2002. He is client focussed, respectful, respected, loyal and the company joker.

Bob is passionate about charitable causes and is co-founder of our Challenge team. He has a natural ability to pull people together, always with a smile and a twinkle in his eye.

He is a keen walker, a massive Chelsea and England Rugby supporter. In his past, he raced historic cars at Brands Hatch and Donnington.
