Thriving on a challenge, he has been involved with some of our larger projects including Innocent and more recently The Office Group projects. Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving

Matt Liddell

Matt brings to the table a wealth of expertise and a portfolio of exciting high-profile projects for iconic brands such as the Shard and Facebook. His experience includes not only traditional office fits outs, but projects for other sectors as well, such as retail, corporate banking, healthcare and insurance.

Funny, easy-going and dedicated, Matt enjoys the variety of people he comes into contact on a daily basis through his work and from his experience, this could mean from everyday people to Royalty. Not many people can claim they’ve been formally introduced to the Duke of Gloucester and Countess of Wessex, or had lunch with Margaret Thatcher, but Matt can!

Described by his friends as mad, up for anything, funny and hilarious, Matt is known for using the phrase “Live the dream!” Outside of work, he does well to fulfill this, whether it’s enjoying sports such as rugby league, golf and boxing, going to the pub, spending time with his children and wife and travelling.

Not only does Matt “Live the Dream” he also makes them reality, through his efficient management skills and dedication to seeing a project through, from concept to completion.

Matt Savage

Matt joined the Lite team in 2012 as Project Manager and worked his way to becoming a Contracts Manager in 2023. He has completed projects for high profile clients such as the Natural History Museum, Kingston University and St Mary’s in Twickenham.

Friendly and approachable, Matt’s ethos is as open as he is. He develops good relationships with everyone on site and believes that in creating strong bonds with our supply chain we can deliver a successful project.

Matt’s three children are his pride and joy and when he’s not spending time with them he loves sport, anything from football to snowboarding. Not afraid of a challenge or two, Matt loves crazy outdoor pursuits including parachute jumps and has conquered the ‘tough mudder run’!

Stephen Gohery

Stephen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as project manager. With a varied site, services and project management background, he thrives on each new project and the set of unique challenges it may bring.

Stephen’s easy going but professional attitude puts clients at ease as he takes care of their needs while creating a jovial atmosphere. One of his mantras is that life’s too short; let’s just get the project built between us.

A young family takes up most of Stephen’s spare time and DIY around the house take up the rest. He is a keen biker but strictly only the motor type and when it comes to sport, Rugby is a favourite. Stephen follows London Irish and enjoys the annual Six Nation’s tournament.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself

Vince Bevan

Vince’s career in construction began after leaving school. He trained as a gas engineer and later set up his own building company, which kick-started his experience working on construction sites.

With 22 years experience on the tools as a dry liner under his belt, Vince worked his way up from site manager to contracts manager and eventually found himself working for a main fit out contractor for three years as a project manager. In his time there, he completed a £2.6m fit out, which resulted in the company’s first ever SKA Gold rating – an achievement he is especially proud of.

Family life keeps Vince busy. However, he enjoys live music and loves going to concerts as much as he can. Watching motorsports is another one of his favourite past times – any type will do, particularly Formula 1 and Moto GP (motorbikes).

Vince enjoys seeing a project through to completion and the client with the end product. He describes himself as a nightmare to work with “I’m always right! And I tend to think I can do the job better than anyone else, so I’m never satisfied”. It’s an approach that works and keeps the client happy. Thankfully, Vince isn’t as bad to work with as he thinks!

Being good at what you do takes a lot of hard work

When he’s not working Jack is a keen football fan and you will find him in the stands at Crystal Palace where he is a season ticket holder or playing as a Parkeray 5-a-side squad member.  A keen traveller and if he has any spare time left over he is learning to play golf!

You can ask a silly question once, but don’t ask it twice

Conor Frost

Conor has always been in and around the construction industry, starting out as a labourer and then painter and decorator. A chance meeting with Parkeray propelled him to further his career through our trainee programme graduating with a BSc in construction management.

Confident and approachable with a number of years’ experience already to his name, Conor enjoys working as part of a team and does what it takes to get the job done.

Away from the office Conor enjoys playing football and is a regular for his Saturday league team. His other passion is music, in particular, indie and rock and roll and loves to go to music festivals and concerts when he gets the chance.
