Ben was construction manager with one of the UK’s leading building and infrastructure companies and joins our Lite team with a wealth of experience. He has worked on a variety of projects including building some of the first Covid testing centres and additional NHS space during the pandemic.
He thrives on working in the fast-paced environment of fit out and enjoys meeting people from all different backgrounds. Ben has a positive influence on the project team, is considerate and hardworking but likes to have a laugh at the same time.
Away from work, Ben is a huge football fan and spends his weekends following Chelsea around the country. When it comes to holidays Ben loves the action of the slopes but also likes to relax on the beach too.

John has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically the fit out sector. During his career, he has been rated in the top 5 construction managers in the country, and most recently John’s project had been short-listed as a finalist for the 2022 BCO awards.
A big team player with a methodical and disciplined approach to problem-solving. Committed to sustainability issues, as a Chartered Environmentalist John is able to inform clients and his team on the latest and current issues that need to be addressed during each project.
Away from the office John enjoys spending time with the family and catching up with friends. A lover of the great outdoors he likes to go fly fishing, clay busting and is also an avid rugby fan, and come the Six Nations you will find him at Twickenham.

After a brief spell away, Rory re-joined our project management team in early 2022. Prior to this, he was one of our very own project managers having joined our graduate scheme in 2017 and gaining a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. During his time with us, Rory has worked on a variety of high-profile, high-value projects.
Proactive, practically minded, and not one for sitting behind a desk, Rory enjoys being involved with a project from day one and seeing it through to completion. He likes meeting and working with a wide variety of people, facing new challenges, and knowing every day is different on site.
Away from the office, Rory is an all-around sports fan, playing rugby from a young age, keeping fit at the gym, and is also a qualified ski instructor. When time permits, he also likes to spend time catching up with friends and colleagues.

Nick has twenty-five years’ experience running fit out, heavy refurbishment and new build projects for a variety of tier one contractors. In that time, he was awarded both project manager and project of the year.
He enjoys the challenge of creating new environments for clients and helping them and their teams realise their goals whilst making it an enjoyable experience for all involved. Hardworking and logical, Nick revels in the finer details and finding pragmatic solutions, all with a degree of humour.
Nick enjoys all things active including scuba diving, surfing and skiing whenever the opportunity allows. At the weekends he likes to relax with the family or indulging in his other obsession… classic cars which he has been collecting for twenty years.

Alex joins our lite team with an abundance of construction management experience. He has a proven track record of successful, multi-million-pound projects in London and the surrounding areas, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the fit out and refurbishment sector.
Hardworking, reliable and honest, Alex is a strong team player with the ability to motivate others. A great communicator, Alex enjoys meeting new people and forming relationships with them along the way.
Away from the office, Alex likes to listen to music to relax, catch up with friends and family and when time permits, he enjoys travelling. His other passion is boxing in particular Thai boxing and he is also keen jujitsu practitioner.

Our trainee scheme was recommended to Marcus through family connections and the possibility of a career with longevity in a striving industry is something that he is very passionate about. Before joining Parkeray, he worked in as a personal trainer for many years, where he acquired a range of transferrable skills, which are relevant to his role today, such as strong communication and the ability to develop good working relationships.
Marcus is a reliable team player with a positive approach. Although known for his easy-going attitude he is very competitive and whether at college or on-site, he enjoys being challenged with new tasks and responsibilities every day.
He is a huge sports fan especially rugby and once had a professional contract with Saracens. He is also a regular at the gym and a big family man.

Lee has a wealth of construction experience to his name and has worked for some large names in the industry where he has delivered a variety of cost and time-sensitive commercial fit out projects.
He enjoys getting into the heart of a job constantly pushing for improvements in both site standards and project quality. A safe pair of hands with a planned approach to his works, Lee gives people the time and space to do their job properly to deliver a project to be proud of.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys family life, spending time in the garden and a bit of DIY! He is can be found taking part in country pursuits, swimming, cycling or leisurely country walks. Lee’s other passion is photography.

With a wealth of expertise hailing from large names in the industry, Graham has an established career in fit out. His previous achievements have been recognised by British Council of Offices and he was also awarded employee of the year.
Completely focused and personable, Graham is a great motivator on site bringing the team together. Describing himself as tactful and driven, Graham enjoys the buzz of day to day site life and the challenge each day brings.
Away for the office Graham is a huge sports fan enjoying rugby and motor racing. He is also a lover of the outdoors and you will often find him cycling, skiing or walking.

Daron has an established career in the fit out and refurbishment industry. His experience ranges from small fast track projects to larger scale phased schemes and has worked for some prestigious clients such as Rolls Royce Aerospace and Google.
Determined, focused and thriving on teamwork, Daron motivates the on-site team to achieve results and deliver a great end product. He is precise in his approach and has a keen eye for the finer detail, finding workable solutions to any problems that may arise.
Outside of work Daron enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking the dog for a walk. To relax you will find him in the kitchen trying out new recipes or at the lathe wood turning.

James has always been in construction and he began on ‘the tools’ working his way up through the ranks to become project director. During his career, he has worked for many high-profile clients such as Baker Botts, delivering multi million pound projects.
He thrives on the different challenges each project brings and enjoys meeting different people along the way. Friendly, passionate and approachable, James classes his best attribute as being a people person, forging good working relationships with not only the delivery team but also with the client, to ensure a successful journey, delivering the project to the highest standard, on budget and on time.
James is a real family man and enjoys spending as much time with them as he can. He also likes working out at the gym not only to keep fit but also to relieve any stress! As a motorcycle enthusiast James loves all things motorbike; from building them to taking road trips across Europe.
No matter your age, you never stop learning and tomorrow is a new day with fresh challenges.
Jason brings extensive management experience to his role as project manager. His strong background in construction and fit-out environments include projects at some of the best landmark buildings around Greater London, from the Houses of Parliament to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Wembley Stadium and pretty much most of the tall buildings in London.
Jason brings an energetic enthusiasm to all his projects. Friendly, sociable and easy to talk to he gets along with everyone he meets and is a true team player. Always trying to better himself, he is constantly learning and loves to problem solve.
Away from work Jason loves music and films and anything that involves them both. As a very sociable person Jason has a keen interest in psychology and human interaction. He also likes going to the gym, especially if the café is stocked with goodies!

Neil has a sound knowledge of the industry and an established career in fit out and refurbishment. With a wealth of expertise hailing from large names in construction he is adaptable and effective in building teams and leading project delivery.
Neil is proactive and flexible in his approach, loyal, passionate, dedicated and committed. Completely focused, he is a great motivator bringing the team together to achieve results.
Outside of work Neil enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. He is a huge sports fan including football and manages a youth team involving his sons. He also has a love of motorsports and a lifelong passion for high-performance sports cars.
