Ian Ambrose

Ian enjoys transforming empty workspaces into engaging and functional environments. Approachable, analytical, and a good listener, he’s known for being a great team member. Outside work, Ian enjoys golf, exploring historical hot spots like the IWM and National Trust, and walking his dog. Not one to start running marathons at this stage, Ian is interested in travelling and seeing different parts of the world.

Scott Herbert

Scott thrives on being actively involved in both the building process and design development. Passionate about construction and a strong advocate for honest communication, he holds the distinction of being the youngest to achieve a CIOB chartership. 

Outside of work, he stays active at the gym, enjoys time with his family, and is known by friends as trustworthy and cheerful. 

A former professional footballer, he now aims to complete the London Marathon. 

Toby Geering

Toby finds great satisfaction in the problem-solving aspects of construction, transforming initial ideas into fully realised, functional spaces. Known for being friendly, diligent, and proactive, he has a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.   

In his spare time, Toby enjoys horse riding and playing badminton; he also holds a Private Pilot Licence. Looking ahead, he hopes to explore the world beyond Europe. Toby also has a fascinating family connection – his 16th-generation-removed grandmother was Mary Boleyn, sister to Anne Boleyn, Henry VIII’s second wife.   

Andy Torlot

Andy is passionate about building lasting relationships and fostering connections within his role. He is dedicated to supporting his team and is reliable and a natural leader. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with hobbies like golf, football, mountain biking, and swimming. Known for being fun and outgoing, he also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

David Sweeney

Driven, professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated, David finds satisfaction in the planning, troubleshooting, and relationship-building elements of the role as Project Manager. Outside the nine-to-five, he enjoys spending quality time with his young family and coaching mini and junior football at Chipstead FC (Kent). Additionally, he is considering participating in the London to Brighton cycling challenge.

Azard Rankohi

Azard is a proactive Site Manager known for overseeing Cat A and B projects with a focus on safety and quality across our Lite projects. Self-managed and dedicated, he thrives under pressure and builds strong client relationships.  

In his spare time, he’s training for his Private Pilot’s License and enjoys riding motorcycles. Off-site, you’ll find him on the dance floor! 

Richard Tavner

Richard spent his formative years in Australia before returning to England at 21, having completed his carpentry qualifications. Known for his problem-solving skills and managing high-risk issues, as an experienced Project Manager, he ensures client confidence through collaboration and clear communication.  

Richard takes up the opportunity to travel whenever possible and enjoys exploring local cuisines wherever he goes. 

Marcus Brown

Before joining Parkeray, Marcus worked in as a personal trainer for
many years, where he acquired a range of transferrable skills, which are
relevant to his role today, such as strong communication and the ability
to develop good working relationships.

Marcus is a reliable team player with a positive approach. Although
known for his easy-going attitude he is very competitive on-site, he
enjoys being challenged with new tasks and responsibilities every day.

Jeremy Hands

Jeremey joins our team with an abundance of international fit out experience. Originally working for a design and build company in his native Australia before relocating to the UK and joining a leading construction company and then a London-based fit out company where he became a lead project manager.

Approachable and easy-going Jeremy is a good communicator and a real people person. He likes meeting and working with various people from supply chain contractors to the client and the project team. He gets a great sense of achievement when completing a project.

Like most Australians, Jeremy loves to travel, visiting countries far and wide. He also enjoys hiking, the best one he completed was to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro! Jeremy likes to catch up with friends in his spare time and when it comes to sport, he loves football.

Always find a reason to laugh.

Scott Richardson

Scott joins our Lite team as Project Manager and has always been in and around the industry. His experience hails from a number of other main contractors and his hardworking approach saw him work his way through the ranks, being promoted to site manager at the age of just 22.

Easy going, friendly and cool-headed Scott is a good communicator and thrives on the responsibility of running the project and seeing the reward in the finished job.

Away from work, Scott likes to spend time with friends and family, catching up over a nice meal or a drink or two. He also loves sport especially football.

Mark Swingler

Mark has had a long career in the fit out and refurbishment industry, working at some of the big names in construction.  He joins Parkeray with a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked with some prestigious clients such as The Office Group.

An easy-going guy Mark thrives on working under pressure. He likes to leads with clear boundaries and expectations, but also with a willingness to listen and enact change. He enjoys seeing a project through to completion, from the initial shell and core until the final cutting of the ribbon at handover!

Away from the office most of Mark’s spare time is spent on long walks with his two Vizsla dogs and going to watch live music especially rock bands. He enjoys socialising with friends and can also make a mean Sunday roast. A football fanatic you will always hear him chanting ‘Come on you Irons’!

Firm but fair

Rich Young

Rich has worked within the building industry for over 30 years, starting on the tools. He has a can-do attitude and together with his extensive knowledge of fit out and refurbishment he successfully manages all his projects.

Friendly, hardworking and approachable, Rich believes his trade background enables him to build strong working relationships with all involved, from clients to suppliers. He likes a challenge and he strives to produce quality projects that the team can be proud of.

At weekends Rich likes to spend his spare time with family and friends or walking the dogs. He has a passion for anything with 2 wheels and owns a classic motorcycle that is his summer hobby, he can also be found taking part in off road enduro motorcycling with an occasional bit of mountain biking thrown in!
