Recently Completed Projects

Here’s a quick look at some of our recently completed fit-out and refurbishment projects:

The Office Group  |  1 Canada Square | London 

Flexible office provider The Office Group engaged our team once again to undertake the prestigious fit-out of three floors at the iconic One Canada Square tower in Canary Wharf. This 80,000 sq ft project included reception space, private offices, a state-of-the-art gym, breakout space and co-working areas. The three floors were connected by a new steel and timber staircase installation, which features a Sapele handrail, fluted rear walls and Sapele treads.

Palm Capital |   Abbey Gardens | Reading

This 24-week project saw our team undertake a 40,000 sq ft Cat A & B fit-out for real estate private equity firm, Palm Capital. The project included three floors of Cat A works including the replacement of ceilings, alterations to services to suit the new layout including power and lighting. The Cat B elements included creating a new comms room, new raft ceiling and floor finishes, meeting room and new tea point with an island feature.

British Land/ Storey 19-23 | Wells Street | London

19 – 23 Wells Street is a Grade 2 listed building located in Fitzrovia and continuing our relationship with British Land/Storey we undertook the complete refurbishment of the building. The 35,000 sq ft space included the Cat A & B fit-out of all seven floors. We constructed a new roof terrace, kitchen and decking area and installed changing rooms, showers, bike store, bin store and plant room areas within the basement. Internally floors 1-5 were converted to open-plan offices complete with tea points, phone booths and glass meeting rooms. On the ground floor, we created a new reception with a new staircase and lift entrance.

We have carried out detailed, dynamic individual risk assessments across all of our sites and for our own office relating specifically to Covid-19.
