Rob joined the services team at the beginning of 2014 and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He also spent a number of years in process engineering and was involved with the largest medical gases installation in Europe of its time, at The Royal London & St Bart’s Hospitals.
He has completed numerous projects in Canary Wharf and for various clients such as The Office Group, NBC Universal, GlaxoSmithKline and Paramount Pictures.
His easy going, calm nature means Rob doesn’t get stressed and says that having fun helps get the job done. He is a positive presence on a project and believes that you should always let people know when they are doing a good job.
Rob has completed various charity challenges including a 555km off road cycle ride from through Vietnam & Cambodia, hiking 45miles around the coast of Jersey and 60miles along the Jurassic coast.
Michael was our first ever services trainee, qualifying with a First Class (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering. Mike thrives on being part of the growing construction industry, travelling from site to site, seeing a project come together from start to the very end, preferably without any leaks!
He prides himself on the fact that he is a people person, easy to work with and a true team player. Mike enjoys working with and meeting new people, from supply chain to clients alike. He believes that coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.
Outside of work Mike likes to spend his free time visiting friends across the country, eating and nice restaurants and socialising; he is always up for a laugh. When it comes to sport, football and skiing are his other passion along with an obsession with buying shoes!
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough
Marc is no stranger to the fit out industry having worked for a number of well-known construction companies before his arrival at Parkeray.
Advances in technology never cease to amaze Marc. It is this passion and curiosity that led him down the technical career path and keeps him on his toes!
Starting out as an electrician, Marc worked his way up to the role of Technical Services Manager, where he has acquired over 12 years experience.
When Marc is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He is also learning to play the guitar and golf.
When you’re going through hell, keep going
As Group Board Director, Ivan takes overall responsibility for the management of our services division, maintaining a watchful eye on both the overall strategy, as well as through day to day involvement. Ivan was appointed to the Board in 2013.
His key responsibilities include:
- Advisory role to service managers
- Liaison link with M&E and IT consultants
- Provides services back up to our project management team
- Quality control and delivery on services installations
- Design development and co-ordination
- Working with our commercial management team in the analysis, review, report and procurement MEP contracting packages
His role also involves developing future relationships with clients, professional team members and M&E contractors. Ivan will review all project, post contact to constantly improve our service and delivery.
