Jordan Halewood

Jordan’s experience comes from a trade background where he started as an electrical apprentice and worked his way up to project manager. He worked for a number of our supply chain members on some of our most prestigious projects before joining us as services manager.

Jordan brings an energetic enthusiasm to all his projects. Friendly and likeable Jordan gets great satisfaction from seeing the project through to completion knowing he has been part of its success. He is always keen to expand his knowledge and gain experience.

Away from the office Jordan enjoys socialising with friends and is a big football fan and is a huge Liverpool supporter.

You only get out of life what you put into it.

James Neame

James has been in the building services industry for over 30 years. His strong background in construction and fit out environments includes fast-track Design & Build projects, and he has worked for other main contractors within the industry, prior to joining Parkeray.

Tenacious and reliable, James is driven by a strong desire to get the job done whilst exceeding the client’s expectations. James likes to be hands-on with the team and his attention to detail is second to none; seeking out each project’s unique selling point.

Away from the office, James enjoys a variety of hobbies including photography, composing music in his studio at home, or when time permits, taking his motorbike for a spin. A big family man, James likes to spend quality time with his wife, three children, and their faithful hound.

Life moves fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Sam Greaves

Sam started his career ‘on the tools’ and has worked his way up through the ranks. His strong trade background brings a depth of experience to our technical services team. During his time in the industry he has worked on many complex installations.

Positive and resourceful, Sam likes that every project is different and presents a new challenge, which he enjoys finding workable solutions to overcome. He enjoys meeting new people and building strong working relationships with all involved, from clients to suppliers.

Away from the office Sam likes travelling and exploring new places, catching up with family and friends and walking his pet dog, Rosie. His sporting pursuits include cycling and canoeing.

Chris White

Chris comes from a trade background in plumbing and heating and has worked his way up through the ranks to technical services manager. His experience is wide and varied having been in the industry in a managerial capacity now for a number of years.

He thrives on the different challenges each day brings and enjoys meeting different people along the way. Friendly and hardworking, Chris is a real people person and believes his trade background enables him to build strong working relationships with all involved, from clients to suppliers. He also admits to being a bit of a perfectionist!

A real family man, Chris enjoys days out and holidays with his young family, travelling to new places. When he gets the chance, he enjoys playing football and the occasional round of golf. He doesn’t take life too seriously and his friends says he’s a bit of a wind up!

Push yourself, because no one is going to do it for you.

John Fisher

John has been in the building services industry for many years and has vast experience in the fit out and refurbishment sector. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our technical services team from working on modern, high-quality fit outs to listed refurbishments.

For John, it’s all about collaboration. He enjoys working with the whole team, pulling together their own elements to make it work and handing over the perfect end product. Amiable and always there to lend a hand, John is a real team player.

In his spare time John likes to spend time with his family and also going to the gym to keep fit. His other passion is mountain biking and will often be found out and about on the trails perfecting his technique for a real adrenalin rush!

Hakuna Matata

Paul Stone

Paul’s construction career commenced as an apprentice electrician progressing through all levels to the fully-fledged technical services manager he is today. With extensive experience including facilities management both home and abroad he has been involved with many prominent projects including task manager for The Ministry of Defence.

Having worked his way through the ranks, Paul’s knowledge is well rounded, which he combines to great effect with a hands-on committed approach. He enjoys a challenge and likes to play by the rules.

Away from the work place Paul enjoys fishing, clay pigeon shooting and the occasional round of golf. He is also a fan of the great outdoors whether it be walking, camping or jumping on his motorbike to discover new places.

There is nothing impossible to him who will try.

Paul Hutchins

Paul started of life as an electrician before progressing over the years to become a practiced technical services manager. His experience is wide and varied having worked on both sides of the fence and he brings to Parkeray a wealth of industry knowledge.

Having come from a trade background, the quality and detail of the installation means everything to Paul and he is driven by a strong desire to get the job done right the first time. A real team player, Paul likes to get out from behind the desk and build strong working relationships with client teams and everyone on site.

When he gets time to relax Paul enjoys going to the cinema and also love to visit the theatre. Not really a sports fan, however he is a retired technical extended range scuba diver and trainer.

Tom Hajduczek

Tom brings plenty of experience to the team, having worked in the design team of a building services engineering company before joining Parkeray at the beginning of 2018. He is a hardworking, respectful and valued member of the team with first rate technical knowledge of commercial building projects.

He has a real passion for the industry and has achieved professional status EngTech with the Engineering Council and professional grade membership with the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Outside of work Tom is a big music fan, listening to most genres, anything from old time tunes to the latest releases. Sport is another of his hobbies in particular football and he is also learning to play golf.

Don’t wait for opportunities, create them

Gordon Rose

Gordon joined the Parkeray services team in spring 2013 and brings with him a wealth of services experience. Gordon started out as an electrical engineer and moved into services management when asked to by a client. He has worked on various projects including the Houses of Parliament, the MOD, further afield at the Sultan of Oman’s Palace and also in New Zealand where he spent 3 years.

He encourages everyone around him to enjoy their work as much as he does, creating a positive working experience. Industrious hardworking and once described as pragmatic, he just keeps going and says if it needs to get done – it gets done!

Outside of work Gordon can occasionally be found on the golf course, riding his motorbike or watching Arsenal, although most of his spare time at the weekend is spent having fun with his family.

Frank Armstrong

Frank has been involved with many of our award-winning projects being services manager on three of the four CMYA projects; Nestor House for Euromoney, the Humanities Department and Sherfield Library at ICL which also won a RIBA and Gold AIS award. He won a quarterly and annual H&S award at the college.

His primary role is services but he loves to dabble in the building aspect of projects. He is hard working, dedicated and enjoys what he does. As a keen participant in the Parkeray Challenge Team, he has taken on the 3 Peaks, South Downs Way and also the 4 Peaks…..all in his site boots!

Away from work Frank enjoys spending his free time with his wife, daughters and granddaughters.

You can’t eat an elephant in one bite

Rob Cafferty

Rob joined the services team at the beginning of 2014 and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He also spent a number of years in process engineering and was involved with the largest medical gases installation in Europe of its time, at The Royal London & St Bart’s Hospitals.

He has completed numerous projects in Canary Wharf and for various clients such as The Office Group, NBC Universal, GlaxoSmithKline and Paramount Pictures.

His easy going, calm nature means Rob doesn’t get stressed and says that having fun helps get the job done. He is a positive presence on a project and believes that you should always let people know when they are doing a good job.

Rob has completed various charity challenges including a 555km off road cycle ride from through Vietnam & Cambodia, hiking 45miles around the coast of Jersey and 60miles along the Jurassic coast.

Michael McCulloch

Michael was our first ever services trainee, qualifying with a First Class (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering. Mike thrives on being part of the growing construction industry, travelling from site to site, seeing a project come together from start to the very end, preferably without any leaks!

He prides himself on the fact that he is a people person, easy to work with and a true team player. Mike enjoys working with and meeting new people, from supply chain to clients alike. He believes that coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.

Outside of work Mike likes to spend his free time visiting friends across the country, eating and nice restaurants and socialising; he is always up for a laugh. When it comes to sport, football and skiing are his other passion along with an obsession with buying shoes!
