Nigel Aldridge

After leaving school Nigel originally started in the construction industry as a joinery apprentice. Some forty years on and his experience hails from the big names in the fit out industry. Nigel has worked for many prestigious clients including The Rothschild Foundation at Spencer House.

Nigel is driven by a strong desire to get the job done and gets great satisfaction at delivering the finished project. Loyal, supportive, and exceptionally hands-on, his approach enables him to find a workable solution to ensure the client’s expectations are met.

Outside of work Nigel loves cooking and entertaining. He is always trying out new culinary delights for friends and family, although not always successfully! Nigel also likes to go skiing and sailing when time permits.

Positivity always prevails.

Rory Gillespie

After a brief spell away, Rory re-joined our project management team in early 2022. Prior to this, he was one of our very own project managers having joined our graduate scheme in 2017 and gaining a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. During his time with us, Rory has worked on a variety of high-profile, high-value projects.

Proactive, practically minded, and not one for sitting behind a desk, Rory enjoys being involved with a project from day one and seeing it through to completion. He likes meeting and working with a wide variety of people, facing new challenges, and knowing every day is different on site.

Away from the office, Rory is an all-around sports fan, playing rugby from a young age, keeping fit at the gym, and is also a qualified ski instructor. When time permits, he also likes to spend time catching up with friends and colleagues.

Graham Lees

With a wealth of expertise hailing from large names in the industry, Graham has an established career in fit out. His previous achievements have been recognised by British Council of Offices and he was also awarded employee of the year.

Completely focused and personable, Graham is a great motivator on site bringing the team together.  Describing himself as tactful and driven, Graham enjoys the buzz of day to day site life and the challenge each day brings.

Away for the office Graham is a huge sports fan enjoying rugby and motor racing. He is also a lover of the outdoors and you will often find him cycling, skiing or walking.

Treat others as you wish to be treated.

Neil Townsend

Neil has a sound knowledge of the industry and an established career in fit out and refurbishment. With a wealth of expertise hailing from large names in construction he is adaptable and effective in building teams and leading project delivery.

Neil is proactive and flexible in his approach, loyal, passionate, dedicated and committed. Completely focused, he is a great motivator bringing the team together to achieve results.

Outside of work Neil enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. He is a huge sports fan including football and manages a youth team involving his sons. He also has a love of motorsports and a lifelong passion for high-performance sports cars.

The older you get you realise how much you don’t know.

Joe Hanrahan

Joe joins our project management team with a wealth of fit out experience already to his name. Having stumbled into the industry by chance, Joe has worked his way up through the ranks from ganger to project manager and quickly discovered he preferred building offices rather than working in them!

He loves being hands on, problem solving and enjoys day to day life on site. Meeting and working with many consultants and contractors to deliver the finished project is what Joe thrives on. Laid back but driven he is a team player and believes that if one component fails, everyone does.

When time permits Joe likes to spend time with family and friends. He also likes to travel and was fortunate to spend a year exploring South East Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand and the south Pacific Islands. Another of passion of Joe’s is Rugby. A huge Saracens fan, he also played a bit himself and represented British Colleges at the age of 18.

You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.

Darryl Dillon

With a master’s degree already to his name, Darryl wanted to put his business management knowledge to good use. With a recommendation to check out the Parkeray trainee scheme and construction already in his family, Darryl completed his MSc in Construction Management.

He likes seeing a project develop from an idea into a working reality and thrives on being able to deliver the finished project to the client. Focused and organised with an easy-going personality, Darryl enjoys meeting new people and, in the process, building positive working relationships.

When he isn’t at work, Darryl enjoys travelling, cooking and going to the gym to keep fit. His other passion is sport including football and also runs a basketball podcast and blogging site.

Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.

Harry James

After three years of working as a barber, Harry decided to change his career and looked no further than our trainee scheme to develop his construction management skills.

Harry enjoys the diversity of his role as Project Manager and working on site,  where everyday is different. He is hardworking and likes to keep busy, so it suits him perfectly.

When he isn’t working, Harry enjoys meeting up with friends at the weekend and is also a self-confessed shopaholic! Harry enjoys sports – particularly football and is a huge Chelsea fan.

Terry Hogg

Experienced project manager Terry joins the interiors team with a wealth of experience and has delivered a variety of cost and time-sensitive commercial fit out projects.  He is passionate about what he does and believes that every job completed to the satisfaction of the client is just reward for all his hard work.

Terry is proactive, conscientious, dedicated and has a keen eye for the finer details in each project he works on. Terry also enjoys the variety that his role offers, with each day being different when you are working on site.

When he’s not in the office, Terry has a variety of hobbies including carp fishing and football. When time permits, he also like to spend time with his two sons at the motocross.

Live life to the full each day, as you don’t know what tomorrow will bring

Dan Ryding

Dan brings a number of years valuable experience within the fit-out industry to his role as project manager. Originally joining us during his industrial placement for his degree and with a strong academic background he brings a focused and professional approach to delivering projects. He has been involved in some of our most prestigious project including our largest to date at 135 Bishopsgate.

Hardworking, passionate and a keen eye for detail, Dan likes being able to see a project progressing through to a tangible finished article which he finds extremely rewarding.  He enjoys the camaraderie of the project teams and also that every day on site is different… keeping him on his toes!

In his spare time, Dan is passionate about fitness and enjoys going to the gym. Rugby, mountain biking, skiing and anything else that gives a good adrenaline rush! He also loves travelling to new places around the world with plenty of countries on his bucket list.

Quality is not an act, it is a habit

Ricky Hedges

With an abundance of practical construction experience, Ricky previously worked for a ceiling and partitioning contractor before his natural career progression took him through site manager up to project manager where he is today. With nearly 20 years in the industry Ricky is a bit of a perfectionist and some might say workaholic!

Focused and driven he is an integral part of our Lite team. He believes that first and foremost from day one, quality is the key and thrives on seeing the all the hard work pay off when the project is completed and is handed over to a happy client.

Outside of work, family is everything to Ricky however when he does get some spare time it’s all about cars. If he isn’t going to motor show or meets you will find him under to bonnet working on modifying his own car.

Don’t be the same, be better

Joseph Till

Joseph’s enthusiasm for construction started when he came across sustainability. Intrigued, he applied for a sustainability officers’ position where he soon realised he wanted to be involved in projects from conception through to completion rather than one aspect. He completed his training through our trainee scheme with first class honors in his BSc Construction Management.

Joseph has been involved with some complex schemes and enjoys every different aspect of construction and how it comes together in the fast pace fit out sector. On site he relishes in finding workable solutions to get the job done.

In his spare time, Joseph is out quad biking or playing piano and writing music. As a teenager, he used to train in boxing, but during his time in Malaysia this developed into a passion for kickboxing.

James Maxwell

Jim is a previous winner of our annual H&S award for his work at Bedford Square. He has worked on prestigious projects such as Amnesty International UK, Unilever, ICL and the Science Museum.

He is a strong leader who demonstrates mutual respect and stands by his word. He views Parkeray very much as a family, with everyone being involved in the decision making process.

Jim loves the great outdoors and is part of the Parkeray Challenge Team. He enjoys most sports, plays golf and is regularly out on his bike.
